Crazy hot!!!!!!

So last night I decided to make a batch of salsa. Since it is getting warm and I was out of my own mix, I decided to put a few ingredients to good use. I had bought a bunch of Habenero peppers and I needed to use them. Of course salsa is the best use for these incredably hot peppers. The ingredient list is short: Onion, Tomato, Pepper, Vinegar, Garlic and a little salt and sugar. Basically everything goes into a pot and cook until the onions are soft. By them the tomato will have broken up and the garlic cooked soft as for the peppers. Once everything is cook soft (about 8 minutes) all goes into a blender and purea untill smooth, then back into the pot for a fw more mintes to finish cooking. The finished salsa is insanely hot, only a small amount is needed and I usually just add a drop to something else to give so heat. It does have a good taste once the fire is out, but it is very very hot!!!
