Guns and the Constitution

So the effort to regulate gun sales and ammunition has failed. No surprise there really, the US Congress has been bought by 'special' interest groups so they just jump when jerked by their masters. Of course that is what they are, jerks or jerk offs. What should be done is almost impossible to do, and to try to get anything passed requires such a watered down bill that it is worthless. Of course the opponents say that the bill would do nothing to stop violence, of course because they oppose anything that would. It is a Catch-22 situation and it is going to be very hard to get around it, maybe if something happens to the senators themselves then maybe they would stand up and pass a meaningful law. So it will continue to be this way, the money will control the congress and nothing will ever change. The People, as in We the People have been cast away and now it is We the Corporations.

"We the Corporations of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Business Unit, establish No Taxes, insure domestic Consumer Confidence, provide for the Right to Pollute, promote the general Corporate Welfare, and secure the Blessings of High CEO Pay and Bonus Checks to ourselves and our Boards of Directors, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the Corporations of America."

Somewhere this country lost the sight of the founders and sold out. Probably around the time of Reagan, with his warped ideas of fairness and right and wrong. Most Americans are to lazy to do anything, that is what the government wanted, stupid people who are easily controlled.
