Sad day...

I am very sad to hear that Anthony (Tony) Bourdain as died. Like him, I lived the life as a cook for many years, too many years. If you have read him or seen his many shows and have worked the life, you will truly understand. If you never worked in a professional kitchen, then you will never truly understand what he was talking about. Tony had a wonderful raw writing style, and a way of describing the world as he experienced it. Though his newer show kind of moved away form his earlier career shows, he still brought the world into many peoples lives in a way that shows that everyone is really the same no matter where in the world you are.
