Greek Easter

Though I am not Greek, I did send some time living in Greece so I came to enjoy Greek life. The Greek Easter was this week and as always, many lamb met a BBQ in Greece. It is quite interesting to see all the BBQ's out on the street or balcony with a whole lamb roasting on the spit. It is very tasty and smells great as well. Here are a couple of pictures of what it looks like.  In most cases, the lamb is simple seasoned and roasted till done, nothing special about the processes and no crazy seasonings.
