Clams
I stopped by a local store the other day and found they had live Razor Clams. These are tasty clams and make great soup. But they are great fried as well. Once out of the shell, simply slit them open and clean them. You end up with a large flat clam that can be sliced or fried whole. They make great sandwiches or a scalipini. They are not cheep, but you only need a few since they are large. If you every see them, don't be afraid to buy them.
