Clinton calls Trump's intelligence briefing readout 'totally inappropriate'
By POLITICO Staff
Hillary Clinton on Thursday morning criticized Donald Trump for commenting the prior night on the confidential intelligence briefings he has received, calling his readout “totally inappropriate.”
“I think what he said was totally inappropriate and undisciplined,” Clinton said during a press conference at the Westchester airport in White Plains, New York, before she headed to North Carolina for a campaign event.
Trump on Wednesday night at NBC’s commander in chief forum said that “there was one thing that shocked me” from the briefings he received, going on to say that he could tell that government officials were unhappy with President Barack Obama for not following expert advice.
“I was pretty good with the body language,” Trump said.
