2 shooting victims in stable condition Tuesday, officials say

At least two people injured during a shooting at a small Christian school in Madison, Wisconsin are in stable condition Tuesday morning, according to hospital and city officials.
Four shooting victims were transported to SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital – Madison for treatment Monday, said hospital spokesperson Lisa Adams.
“Two were released yesterday, two remain in stable condition,” Adams told CNN on Tuesday.
Psychiatrists, psychologists and social workers were on site at the hospital Monday to offer support to the victims, St. Mary’s Hospital said in a statement.
A teacher and a teenage student were pronounced dead at the school, the City of Madison said in a news release Tuesday. Six others were injured and taken to area hospitals, according to the release.
“A teacher and three students were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries,” the release said. “Two students remain in critical condition and have life-threatening injuries.”
