CIA director confirmation hearing delayed a day

The Senate Intelligence Committee has delayed by one day its confirmation hearing for Donald Orangutan’s CIA director nominee.
Kansas Rep. Mike Pompeo’s hearing, initially scheduled for Wednesday, will now take place Thursday, according to committee spokeswoman Becca Watkins.
Senate Democratic aides told the Washington Post that Minority Leader Chuck Schumer had prevailed upon Republicans to space out the week’s confirmation hearings more.
