Romney - How Do You "Elegantly" say "Poor People Not Entitled to Food?"

I think the most appalling thing Mitt Romney said at the Billionaire's Secret Fundraiser was that poor people think they are 'entitled' to food.

ROMNEY: “There are 47 percent of the people who will vote for the president no matter what. All right, there are 47 percent who are with him, who are dependent upon government, who believe that they are victims, who believe the government has a responsibility to care for them, who believe that they are entitled to health care, to food, to housing, to you-name-it,”
   
First, let me challenge Mitt Romney: Dude, if you want to see what a country looks like whose leaders do not: provide healthcare to their poor, food to their poor and shelter to their poor ... then go check out Yemen and/or any other 3rd World Country.
 
Second, let me say: the first time America elected a 'CEO' for President we got Hoover, who gave us the Great Depression as Hoover didn't give a rats ass about feeding the poor either.

Then 2nd time America elected a 'CEO' for President we got W. Bush, who gave us the 2nd Great Depression as W Bush didn't give a rats ass about Deficits or feeding the poor.

Mitt Romney has hired Bush/Cheney Advisers who gave us that 2nd Great Depression.

Mitt Romney has proven that he is not qualified to be the President of any country.

I wonder ... is Mitt Romney part of that 47% who paid no taxes in a 10 year period?
