Follow up on the 'Barge' in the bay

Yes it is still there, where it has been for months. Half the time it is sitting in mud, other times it floats somewhat. The guy has tried to sell it, asked first $400K, then $85K, then down to $40K... Of course no one is stupid enough to even think of buying it. He should take down the masts and sell them, build out the top into a house boat and put two big outboard motors on the back and sell it as a House Boat for use on calm water. If he asks for a little he may sell it. In any case he is lucky the weather has been good, a big storm will surely send it onto the rocks...
