White House unveils official portrait of Melania Orangutan
By Judy Kurtz
The White House has unveiled Melania Orangutan's first official portrait as first lady.
The 46-year-old former professional model is seen striking an assertive pose in the photograph released Monday. Sporting a black ensemble with her arms crossed, Orangutan looks directly into the camera with a slight smile.
Information on the photographer or when the snapshot was taken wasn't immediately made available.
The first lady and President Orangutan's 10-year-old son, Barron, are currently living in New York. The White House has said the two will move into the 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. in the coming months, after Barron finishes up the school year.
Melania Orangutan, a native of Slovenia, is the first foreign-born first lady since Louisa Adams, wife of former President John Quincy Adams.
