Robbie Douglas of Vineyard Haven won the second annual North American Speed Sailing Championships Invitational on Tuesday. The event is sponsored by the Black Dog and Lynch Associates and took place between October 15 and October 30 on Sengekontacket Pond, Katama Bay, and off of Cape Poge.
